The Native Plant Society will join ONAPA (Ohio Natural Areas and Preserves Association) at Guy Denny's tall grass prairie in Knox County for a tour and seed collecting opportunity. With the help of ONAPA naturalists, collect seeds to start your own prairie.
Tips on how to start the seeds will be shared by your
guides or you may venture out on your own with paper
bags, a marker, and hand clippers.
Carpooling is encouraged.

Directions:
Denny’s Tallgrass Prairie is located in Knox County about
45 minutes north of Columbus.
From the junction of Interstate 71 and State Route 95,
follow SR 95 east just under 5 miles to the Knox County
Line. Just about 20 feet beyond on the North side of
SR 95 is the driveway where there will be an ONAPA
events sign directing participants up the drive to the
designated parking area.
