Cleveland Museum of Natural History staff lead this hike on property not open to the public. Adjacent to Geauga Park District’s Bass Lake Preserve it protects vernal pools, wetland and upland Sugar maple-ash-basswood mesic forest habitat with headwater streams that support one of the last remaining trout streams in Ohio.
