WILD WANDERINGS -- FORAGING

With our guest Kelsey Siekkinen, we'll get outside and learn about some renowned native plants, encroaching (or opportunistic) invasives, and discover which plants to approach with caution.  We'll share some key field characteristics for identifying these plants and describe some of the traditional uses and methods of preparation.
